At Xmaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items, underwear, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at help@xmaker.ai with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
- If you'd prefer an exchange, indicate your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability.
4. Return Shipping
- We offer free return shipping for all domestic orders.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund.
6. Non-returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
